Goodness gracious my French dip sandwich took a dip in gravy and never have I been more satisfied with life. I saw a couple of reviews about it and had to try it and was not disappointed. The bread was perfectly chewy, fulfilling its purpose as an absorber of flavor and fluids. The meat was tender and a great portion. The gravy, omg the gravy, was fatty and the right amount of salty. I accompanied my sandwich with some jalapeño chips and, with my eyes closed, savored the moment. Do yourself a favor, stop drooling, and get one for yourself!

The homemade Oreo reminded me of a whoopie pie. A really good one! I enjoyed it and would get it again. I meant to share it but I couldn't help myself. Before I knew it, it was gone.

I also got a loaf of fresh ciabatta. I asked them to cut for me and it ended up becoming very flat; it lost its height in the process, but not its flavor.

There are so many homemade things to try. There was a review of their marjolaine on the wall which I really wanted to try but when I got to the counter they told me it's seasonal. Bummer! You know I'll be back for it.

Conclusion: I wish I had more space in my stomach.

Great bread.  Salads and sandwiches.  Old school diner decor.  Great for a late morning snack or lunch.  A little bit south of downtown.  An easy scooter ride.

    So, yeah, A-OK indeed.

Pretty simple trip here.  Omelette with sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese.  It was A-OK.  Simple and tasty, like an omelette, even if a little over-cooked.

My wife got a coffee, and she said it was "OK".

I almost feel bad writing this review b/c I'm not sure what we ordered did this place justice given the other reviews.  But we ordered what we wanted, and it was all A-OK.  So yeah.  I'd go back, I guess.

For a pretty ordinary looking "Coffee Shop" it's a GEM. A friend brought me here once and I couldn't get back soon enough, - it's quite a drive from home. I was looking for a juicy sandwich and picked a winner, chicken salad, on a surprise (to me) homemade bun with the usual free chips and, again, a homemade cookie. Added an oversized loaf of homemade, you're not surprised, sourdough bread onto the bill, happily so. Free parking off the busy st. And yes the staff is sweet.
